AC unit contactor went bad, also burning up the low voltage transformer. Called the service line, made an appointment. Tech immediately identified the problem; parts were available on the truck. Woke up this morning to a hot house. Called Greg before 7:00 a.m., and he returned my call quickly. After describing what the system was doing, he quickly said it was the motor and he would get one from his supply house. He called me back to inform me that the motor was a discontinued unit, and it would take possibly 4–5 weeks to get in. He ordered a single-stage motor as a temporary fix and said he would have us up and running by end of day. The supply house never shipped the motor out, so Greg had someone bring it out from Milford. Greg showed up at the end of his regular workday and installed the motor, and we now have air. You cannot beat that for service! Thanks again, Greg!!

Chris provided us with a detailed estimate for replacing our fuse box with a breaker box, adding indoor and outdoor outlets, installing a new ceiling fan, four new recessed can lights with a dimmer in our living room, and lighting in our attic. His quote was accurate and fair, and he also made us aware of a convenient 2-year, same-as-cash financing option through a local credit union.

Daniel Quickly Corrected the Miswiring
Had a wiring issue with my heat/AC 24-volt system. Had lived here two years. Seems my system was wired improperly and I never noticed it, but my AC was running when my heat was running. Two years of having my AC cooling my heat. Ouch! Daniel quickly figured out what was going on and corrected the miswiring. Expect lower bills this winter. Highly recommended!
