Chris provided us with a detailed estimate for replacing our fuse box with a breaker box, adding indoor and outdoor outlets, installing a new ceiling fan, four new recessed can lights with a dimmer in our living room, and lighting in our attic. His quote was accurate and fair, and he also made us aware of a convenient 2-year, same-as-cash financing option through a local credit union.
Chris and George completed the work in just two days, exceeding all of our expectations. Both were extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that my wife and I felt comfortable with the process and understood what was being done.

Daniel Quickly Corrected the Miswiring
Had a wiring issue with my heat/AC 24-volt system. Had lived here two years. Seems my system was wired improperly and I never noticed it, but my AC was running when my heat was running. Two years of having my AC cooling my heat. Ouch! Daniel quickly figured out what was going on and corrected the miswiring. Expect lower bills this winter. Highly recommended!

We noticed our heat pump had stopped working. We called the office, and Stephanie answered, was very friendly, and said she would get Mathew to check it right away. Contacted Carrie at Johnson to come out and service our system for the summer. Upon arrival, they discovered black mold, rust, and other issues. Same day, they had (Super) Billy come out and walk through all of our options and what he recommended. He was completely thorough and honest. Didn’t try to upsell us or lead us wrong. They were at our house today, the 12th (only two business days later) and installed a new unit, heat pump, and black light and were finished by 3:30.
