Contacted Carrie at Johnson to come out and service our system for the summer. Upon arrival, they discovered black mold, rust, and other issues. Same day, they had (Super) Billy come out and walk through all of our options and what he recommended. He was completely thorough and honest. Didn’t try to upsell us or lead us wrong. They were at our house today, the 12th (only two business days later) and installed a new unit, heat pump, and black light and were finished by 3:30. Jacob and Robbie were very professional installers and went through everything for us and made sure we understood how to use the system. Carrie, the install manager, arrived to make sure everything was being performed correctly and assured us we were in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend Johnson Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs. Billy, Carrie, Jacob, and Robbie were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Lastly, they are veteran friendly! 🇺🇸

Our heating and air was 26 years old. We were recommended to Johnson. They came in and went over the whole house, checking our vents and duct work. Very professional job. They ordered everything we needed at that time. A team of young men came in on 1-13-25 and replaced all of our old equipment and relocated a new thermostat for us. A great hard-working team that worked in the cold to get us back up and running. We will be doing all our business with Johnson in the future. Hats off to a great professional team, from the office to the installers.

They were wonderful. Very responsive, very professional. They put in a whole new system for me and my family and I couldn't be happier. We've had problems with the old system for years, the owner himself came out and did an inspection, provided an estimate of four different systems that would work for us, and personally followed up after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. Daniel Quickly Corrected the Miswiring Oct 11, 2023

Had a wiring issue with my heat/AC 24-volt system. Had lived here two years. Seems my system was wired improperly and I never noticed it, but my AC was running when my heat was running. Two years of having my AC cooling my heat. Ouch! Daniel quickly figured out what was going on and corrected the miswiring. Expect lower bills this winter. Highly recommended!

AC unit contactor went bad, also burning up the low voltage transformer. Called the service line, made an appointment. Tech immediately identified the problem; parts were available on the truck. Tech was very thorough on what needed to be done and fixed the problem. Tech was very polite and absolutely up front and honest, definitely will have him back on any further issues.
